On March 25th, Jiayuan Plastics held a unique corporate culture and safety training event. Employee Handbook Training: Infusing Warmth & Strength into Culture
“We don’t just produce plastic products; we are shaping a belief in responsibility and quality.” This was the opening remark by Zhu Dan, Director of the General Affairs Office, which set the tone for the training. During the Employee Handbook session, Zhu Dan brought the cold regulations to life by intertwining real stories from Jiayuan’s 20-year history. He explained attendance, salary, rewards, and penalties, allowing employees to feel the warmth and values behind each policy.
Mr. Zhu also shared a heartfelt example: "I remember last year, during a typhoon, our production team worked overnight to repair equipment to ensure customer deadlines were met—this is the best example of Jiayuan’s 'Customer First' value." His words resonated deeply with the employees and reinforced the understanding that each rule in the handbook reflects Jiayuan’s commitment to quality and integrity.
The atmosphere reached its peak during the knowledge competition. Fifteen teams competed fiercely on questions related to the company's core values, main products, and product inspection standards. This interactive segment not only showcased the employees' understanding of the company’s policies but also deepened their understanding of Jiayuan’s corporate culture and quality standards. When the Quality Inspection Team from the production workshop won the championship with their solid knowledge base, the room erupted into applause—demonstrating not just the accumulation of knowledge, but the recognition and implementation of the company’s strict standards, reflecting the factory's high regard for quality control and professional capability.
Safety Training: Protecting the Lifeline Means Protecting the Business
"In our workshop, every injection molding machine and every roll of TPU material affects product quality and, more importantly, everyone’s safety," said Tang Huihui, Safety Production Manager, during the training. Through safety operation demonstrations and other segments, he emphasized the "safety is no small matter" philosophy, ensuring that this mindset deeply resonated with all employees. The "Identifying Safety Hazards" session encouraged employees to actively point out potential risks that could be overlooked in daily work.
One veteran employee reflected, "I never realized that small mistakes during mold adjustment could lead to big safety risks." This immersive training not only increased employees' awareness of safety production but also enhanced their deep understanding of safety standards, aligning with the strict safety management requirements of factory audits.
During factory audits by international clients such as Walmart and Target, safety production is one of the key areas of inspection. Jiayuan not only strictly follows safety operating procedures in daily operations but also uses this training to ensure that employees remain vigilant to every detail in their practical work. Whether in operating production line equipment or using raw materials, Jiayuan adheres to the principle of "safety first," ensuring that the factory complies with international safety standards and provides a safe working environment for employees. This in-depth safety training strengthens employees' safety awareness and provides strong support for the company to successfully pass factory audits.

In her closing remarks, General Manager Liu said, “When our medical-grade PVC materials are used in medical devices, and our eco-friendly products are sold in international markets, all of this reflects the strict adherence of every Jiayuan employee to company policies, the high regard for safety, and the commitment to quality. Today's training is not an end, but a new starting point for our collective progress.” From the continued refinement of the Employee Handbook to the safety manual, Jiayuan’s ongoing efforts in standardized management showcase our determination to provide assurance to customers.
